More Valentine Cards
Started yesterday morning making more Valentines Day cards. Of course had to start with the super cute flamingo stamp from the set Valentine Defined which you will find HERE in the Occasions Mini. I used Pink Pirouette paper, retired accessories and DSP.
Next is a card a cased from Stamping with Dorothy. I changed the colors to Crumb Cake and Cherry Cobbler along with Love Patterns DSP. The set is Things I Love, which the set speaks for itself! I used the Victoria Crochet Trim. Totally love anything vintage! While making this card, I was inspired to create this...
Nothing says Valentine's Day better than CHOCOLATE! Along with the Things I love set, I used items from the Filled with Love Promotion. Filled with Love stamp set, the buttons and Love Patterns DSP all in one low price. But you gotta hurry and order soon, the promotion ends on Monday Jan 24th. I put the chocolates on dimensionals...did I mention I LOVE dimensionals? I think I order some with every order I put in I love them that much. I then put crystal effects on top the chocolates to make them stand out more. Im a big fan of the small details.

Moments
Here is something I made recently. I put a decor element Life Milestones onto a canvas. I applied some ink and modpodge before applying the sticker. Its not quite what I was aiming to create but it still looks pretty cool! For someone like me who moves alot. Putting decor elements on a canvas or something is a better investment since Ill get more than one use out of it.
Here is also a pic of my craft room at the moment...pretty crazy huh? I get my Ikea delivery on Tuesday so Ill put up a pic later once I get the room all organized. I have to make ANOTHER trip to Ikea because the desk portion of the unit I want was out of stock and to order ANYTHING online, shipping will be way way way toooooo much. But lucky for Ikea I LOVEEE them soo much the 3 hour ride is totally worth it.
You may be wondering why there is a a bed frame in there too. I wanted an idea of space when I put the room together so Ill still have room to put up the air matress when I have guests come. Cant wait to get my room functional!!!

Here are a couple samples I made today for the Open House. The top two were copied right out of the Occasions Mini Catalog, which the set is in-Valentine Defined. The sucker holder I also used the set Filled with Love, which is for sale as a bundle set right now. It came with the set and some DSP and you get some cute clear heart shaped buttons too!.
I am totally in love with the flamingo
stamp. It's soo cute!! Im off to Ikea tomorrow, so hopfully Ill get my craft room organized soon. Will most pic of room when finished.

Baby Card for FRG
My husband is in the Army. A Stryker Brigade to be exact. For those of you wondering what a stryker is, its what I stamped in the card I made today. My FRG(family readiness group) learned I make cards and asked me to make some neutral baby cards to give out to the other girls in the battalion. I found this stryker stamp at a craft show on post and just had to have it. So this is what I made up as an example to show my FRG leader at todays meeting. Hopefully she likes it cause it was hard to think up a card designed around the stryker and still have it baby ordinated.
